Music Opportunities

Opportunities for participating in music at Westminster are many! Please contact Jean Anderson or call 815-282-1500 for more information.
These groups are open to High School students through adult.

Chancel Choir is the classical church choir singing traditional hymns and anthems. Rehearsals are on Thursday nights at 7:00pm in preparation for the 8:45am service. The Chancel Choir participates in worship 3 to 4 Sunday mornings each month. Interested? Contact Jean Anderson (282-1500)
Worship Team is made up of the Song Leaders and Instrumentalist who lead worship during the 11:15 worship service. Rehearsals are at 6:00pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
Jubilee Bells, for beginning adult ringers, meets on Tuesday mornings at 12:15pm. This 3 octave Hand bell Choir plays monthly at the 11:15 worship service.
Glenn Ringers, for adults meets on Thursday evenings at 6:00pm. This larger Hand bell Choir plays monthly at the 8:45am worship service.
